I see this guy's face all over Mira Mesa. He's on benches. He's on shopping carts. He's on the back of my grocery receipts. He's even got an advertisement that plays before movies at the Edwards Mira Mesa Theatre.
I always wondered, after brief glimpses of him as I speed down Mira Mesa Boulevard, Is that a mole or a dimple on his cheek? I guess this close up explains the truth.
He's even got his own website, Eric Elegado.com
hes an idiot real estate agent who sucks every penny out of you.. i just bought a house from him and am regreting it. he helped me refinance but it only ended up being higher than my previous payments DO Not go to this guy!

First of all, if you did not want to buy a house, why did you buy one in the first place. Second, why would anyone refinance if their payments were going up. Who's the "idiot". Don't blame him for doing his job!! He helps people buy, sell, and refinance.

I've used Eric for all my real estate and mortgages for years. He is the most honest agent I know. He's has made me alot of money in the past and saved me money. I haven't done so well lately because of the market. He has always given me great advice. With all his knowledge about the real estate market, he told me he cannot predict the future. If the market was different, you would be praising him. Don't blame him because of the market conditions.

He didn't point a gun to your head and force you to sign. I've refinanced before and they show you the pricing before you sign. You say he screwed you but you continuously went back to him? Truth. you're sooo right cause i have people in my family who aren't even suppose to be in the home they're in now but he pulled some strings and got it for them. Honestly they are so out of range when it comes to income its not even funny.. But he got them the house they chose. It wasn't the smartest thing for them to do. but they wanted it and like i said before no one points a gun to your head and tells you to sign. You can always say NO. They are selling the one they bought from him and went back to him to look for another house to purchase.

Why do people have to hate? Eric is the face and icon of Real Estate. He has helped so many people all over the world and not only in real estate. Out of all the people, agents, busineses, etc. in Mira Mesa, he personally helped Mira Mesa high school. We need more people like him. Please stop!!

I actually met Eric Elegado. I think Eric is the epitome of the successful Filipino-American fulfilling the "American dream." He is a self-made millionaire, respected in his field as a hard worker and is a well known philanthropist throughout San Diego. On top of that, he's charming and dreamy!!!!

There are rumors that Eric went to jail for fraud. I confronted Eric and his people and as usual the negative rumors are absolutely "FALSE"!! Leave him alone. The guy makes a good honest living. He really cares and helps alot of people.
