I get a lot of hits on this site from people doing searches on Eric Elegado, the ubiquitous face of real estate (well, ubiquitous in that he's all over Mira Mesa).
Anyway, it seems like most people have been very satisfied with the help that they have received from Mr. Elegado, and he seems to be really successful in real estate, so thumbs up to him. He went to Mira Mesa High School (I'm also an alumni), and it's great to see someone do so well without leaving the small town they grew up in.
Actually, I don't know if he still lives in Mira Mesa. He probably has a couple of huge mansions around town. I mean, for a guy who has such a BLING-O-RIFIC watch (check out his left wrist---niiiice), he MUST, don't you think?
Now..on to the other guy featured on a lot of benches...what's up with Al Flore? Why isn't he in more shopping carts and movie screen previews??? Why does Eric seem to pop up in more places than Al? And do real estate agents take get their pictures taken by the folks who do school pictures? Was Eric's pic done at Glamourshots?
He is a nice guy. And he always says my name right. Its Annie but people always say ann or andie. If i had the money i'd buy from him but i don't. BUT When I do I'll go to him.

I've met Eric and you are right, he is a very nice guy. And Cute too!! I've heard alot of good things about him and how he has helped alot of people with real estate. I can't wait to call Eric when we are ready to buy!

You want to talk real estate....Talk to Eric Elegado. He is Mr. Real Estate!!! I know. He has helped me a few times. I have high regards to a guy that helps so many people and his success has not got to his head. I don't know if that's a glamour shot, but he looks better in person.

There are alot of rookie agents & part-time agents out there promising the world and under-delivering. Why would anyone use them? These so-called agents don't know what the hell their doing. I've experienced it in the past. It's like a breathe of fresh air to have a great agent like Eric and his team to call upon in real estate. Go with experience and a proven track record. It's a big deal!

This guy has alot of fans and clients. Most of the people I've talked to about real estate have directed me to him. I'm going through him right now, and all the positive comments are true. I've never met a guy that really cares about helping! And he's a Christian, too!

Floyd Evangelista learn the lesson of his life after breaking their bussiness venture with Eric Elegado... He is now bankcurpt and now all his house has been foreclosed..... Floyd now is hiding from thoses people that he scammed like mariel urieta wareen nocon Jojo The mechanic...Floyd used to go to the philipines and tell everyone there that he is super rich... he uses the e real estate credit cards so he can pretend that he is super rich... he almost get killed for messing up with Sen Jingoy Estrada .. Ed Urieta had took care of that issue.. accordint to Ed Urieta Floy kneel down to jingoy and asked forgiveness... HAHAHAHAH FLOYD WHAT HAPPENE THERE??? what happen now to your e real recording hahahaha !!!! get real huh Floyd?????
